Olearia gardnerii, Gardner’s tree daisy

Out of stock

Olearia gardnerii, Gardner’s tree daisy is possibly the rarest plant which lives in Hawke’s Bay; known only from one plant that was at Hutchinson’s Bush, it also occurs in small populations near Taihape and in Wairarapa. It’s described as nationally critical.  It is deciduous and has pretty little white flowers from October to December. This plant is grown from the Hutchinson’s Bush plant, and several hundred are now planted there.
