Pseudopanax arboreus, five-finger is found throughout Hawke’s Bay and is a great plant for birds as it produces small raisin-like fruits. Bees also like the flowers. Great plant for revegetation or blocking out the neighbours. Plant in well drained soil. Frost hardy.
